General Terms and Conditions
Offers, sale, delivery and services only according to
the
subsequent terms. Differing agreements are only firm if they are due to
confirmation in writing. By placing an order the customer acknowledges
my terms as binding.
Delivery is effected from Bremen, as far as nothing else has been agreed. The dispatch, it may also
be free domicile, is effected on the customer's own account and risk. The demand of the purchase price remains untouched from the accurrence of transport damages. The dispatch is effected by the mode of transport fixed by myself. The customer has to bear the additional costs if he desires particular modes of transport Delivery is effected as quickly as possible.
The customer will be notified separately if a delivery cannot be effected within four weeks if due to a delay on the part of the manufacturer.
Damages claimed due to delayed or not effected delivery are excluded. Letters of complaint have tobe
asserted at my place within ten days after the goods' receipt. Partly
flaws in the delivered goods cannot give cause for complaint of the
whole delivery.
I grant a one year guarantee on the flawess consistency and function of the goods manufactured by
myself, starting from the date of the invoice. During this time I will
repair damaged pieces (free of charge) as far as there is evidence of
no other people's intervention. For commodities, the guarantee is on
the part of the manufacturer. Consumption goods are excluded from
guarantee claims.
Goods' deliveries are payable within I4 days without discount.
New customers are supplied against payment in advance, cash on delivery or credit cards. The delivered goods remain my property until full payment of the price agreed.
