Purcell, Daniel - Sonata Sexta & Chaconne - Altblockflöte und Basso continuo

The sonata sexta is in the 1709 published print by John Walsh der Six Sonatas for the Violin with a Through Bass for the Harpsichord or Bass Violin Compos´d by Mr. G. Finger and Mr. D. Purcell and was in the presented edition transposed from f- to a-minor in order to make it available for a broader range of players. The Chaconne is a splendid composition with mediate virtuoso demands.
