This collection contains pieces of all different kinds of genre, which were written by composers of the 17th and 18th century. The repertoire comprises works of famous composers such as Telemann as well as of less known composers like Hotteterre, Marcello, Chédeville and Schickhardt. This collection is perfectly suited for recorder teachers looking for mew material for their teaching practice and for developing pianists, who want to expand their repertoire, as well as for use in concerts at schools and musci centres. The added CD includes all pieces (recorded by Peter Bowmann) in full- as well as half playback to play along.
