Modern soprano recorder Mollenhauer 5916H with B-foot, pearwood

Modern soprano recorder in 442Hz made of pearwood in baroque fingering, with double holes and triple key for C/CIS/H. Where other soprano recorders reach their limits, this instrument opens up completely new possibilities. The full, rich sound refines the high soprano register to an instrument that combines euphony with versatility. The Modern Soprano is equipped with the B-foot as standard. The longer length of the instrument gives the whole instrument special tonal stability and balance. When the fingerings of the first octave are blown over, a pure overtone series is heard, whereas on traditional recorders these notes are blown over into impure notes that are at best usable as trill or piano fingerings.
This ability of the harmonic recorders, inconspicuous at first sight, has extensive consequences for the possibilities of the entire instrument - an extraordinarily powerful, resilient depth and a range far into the third octave (h1 - g4)!

The special Synpor wood composite block gives the instrument an unprecedented musical resilience: the block core consists of the wood-imitating synthetic material Synpor, which is able to absorb wind moisture through its micropores, but does not swell. The Synpor core is enclosed in a stable and naturally grown cedar wood shell.
