Four-piece early-baroque great bass recorder (C) with cap and blowing pipe as well as a simple hole in mostly baroque fingering in honey-coloured stained maple, a=442Hz. A replica made after the original instruments of Hieronymus F. Kynseker, which are located in the Germanic museum in Nuremberg.
This model is versatile in its use through its base-tuned, compatible and bendable sound and its great pitch range of 2 octaves, for ensemble music playing as well as for solo early-baroque music. The instrument responds easily, has a radiant, character strong pitch and a strong, stable depth.
The key is a replica made following an historical model, its mechanics are covered by a frontanelle.
For maintenance and to conserve the beautiful sound it is necessary to regularly oil this recorder.
