This three-piece tenor recorder made of maple stained in a=442Hzwith baroque fingering has a warm, base-tuned sound and is- like all other instruments of the Rottenburgh series- the recorder of choice for those players who want to playat at an advanced level with their instrument. Designed after an original by Jean Hyacinth-Joseph Rottenburgh (1672-1756), its full, warm and elegant sound makes it a very well-carrying, reliable instrument for the solo player, but also ideally usable in recorder- or chamber music ensembles. For maintenance and to conserve the beautiful sound it is obligatory, to regularly oil this recorder.
