Händel, Georg Friedrich - Concerto II - AAB
The presented Concerto is originally meant for oboe and string orchestra in B-major. It was, in order to make it playable for recorders, transposed to C-major. The introduction- movement is in the style of a French overture, followed by a fugue, an andante and a sweeping final-allegro.
